🤖 In my team every third week is quality week. We spend a third of the time on tech improvements.

🧑‍💼🖥️🧑‍💼 We also pair program quite a bit. I spend ⅓ of the day pairing with Kenneth (as seen in the video).

🤡 Though in the spirit of honesty I must admit the colors in the office are not quite that vibrant. We sure cranked up the saturation in this video.
